BC550 transistor

The BC550 transistor is a widely used NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) transistor. It is designed for low-power applications and is primarily used for switching and amplification in electronics circuits. The maximum collector-base voltage (VCBO) is 50V and a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 45V of transistor bc550.
